Out for a stroll lunchtime on New Year's Day. All the mist hanging low after the fireworks. Lovely spot. New Camera.

The night before I was up at the foot of the monument overlooking the town. As the clock struck midnight the streets lit up in showers of red and green. It was simply stunning.

My little pics don't really do it justice. The detail below is from the middle area in the panorama. All I can think of to compare the experience with is the opening sequence to Bladerunner.
