This was taken with my faithful old Canon EOS 650 SLR (digital will never catch on) one scorching hot Summer's day around the turn of the Millennium on one of the few occasions that Scot (left) emerged from what was subsequently christened "The Lair of the White Wyrm", just to prove to us all that he is, in fact, a "Day Walker". Yes, that's right, Scot spent almost the entirety of his week-long visit in our living room watching MTV with the curtains drawn! Mark (on the right) was quietly enjoying a few rays in between lengthy sessions in his home studio composing intelligent dance music in Octamed on his Commodore Amiga 1500. Anyone remember the Amiga? Those were the days, when RAM cost 800 million pounds per Mb. Woohoo!
A portrait of my good friends Scot Stockwell and Mark Spurgeon. |
