David Steele was accused of being a fascist black-leg today, after refusing to uphold ArkSanctum.org's boycott against new original content.

"It's just not right." An ArkSanctum.org insider told our reporter. "We have all decided that the only way to save humanity is to abstain from posting any of our own new material until George W Bush is safely removed from the Whitehouse, and this guy comes along and - yet again- posts something from his own head that nobody's seen before. It's obviously just blatant attention seeking. What a pity he put his own interests ahead of the important work we're trying to to."

Our reporter caught up with David Steele, who did not respond favourably to accusations of Grandstanding. "Can you come back when I'm not ironing?" He asked. "I'm very busy, you know. And I don't get paid much. Did I mention I used to be in the army?"

We listed the concerns of the ArkSanctum.org membership, explaining just how betrayed many of his fellow contributors felt at being let down so badly. "Is that what I said?" He asked. "What I meant to say was..."

We arranged to meet David later in the day, but unfortunately we received a phone call five minutes before the appointment was due, telling us he couldn't make it because the dog had eaten his car air-freshener.

In the interests of fair play, David agreed to keep his post short, and try to come up with at least two links to other people's material over the coming week.
